While most refills are instant and should reflect in your phone bill within seconds, it can sometimes take longer. We request that you wait at least 10 minutes after a successful checkout before contacting our support department.

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience you may face due to a delayed payment. If you haven't received your refill after 10 minutes, please call us at +1 (866) 535-0255 or email us at [email protected]. We will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible or inform you why we weren't able to process your refill.

You may see a charge from us on your financial institution's account even though we have cancelled your refill. Please do not worry, as this is only a pre-authorization for the refill amount. Since we have cancelled your refill, the auhorization is also cancelled. The charge will drop after one or two business days. You will not be paying anything if your refill is cancelled.

When you process a refill through us, we charge a non-refundable (unless cancelled) $3.99 fee to process. This is billed separately from your charge to the carrier for the refill. Both of the charges (one from us, and one from your carrier) are linked to your refill.

Unless we cancel your refill or you request to cancel before we process it, airtime refills cannot be refunded. Once we have loaded the funds for your refill, they cannot be returned. All sales are final.
